Dajana is currently General Counsel for Jimdo, a SaaS company in Hamburg, Germany, where she is a member of the Executive Management Team. In this role, she serves as a strategic advisor for the managing director and the senior management with a business partner approach.
Within the legal function, Dajana build a high performing team which is balancing compliance needs with business requirements. She is also responsible for the company’s Data Protection, Information Security & Governance strategy.
Her strengths in leading by example and with compassion, being structured and diligent while applying pragmatic solutions in her business advice and counsel lead to a strong track record of execution, strategic leadership and stakeholder alignment.

Dajana build her deep expertise since the beginning of her career, having worked in-house in multiple Compliance and Data Protection roles for a international consumer goods corporation where she advised on environmental compliance, consumer data protection, consumer protection and coordinated the international privacy program.
Before joining Jimdo, Dajana lead the Legal Team at a San Francisco based ad-tech company with offices in New York, Singapore, Beijing, Indonesia and Hamburg.
Prior to that, she led the GDPR Implementation Project for a global Medical Technology corporation and served as the Group Data Protection Officer.
As a Charter Member of The L Suite, Dajana leads round table discussions on legal issues facing the tech industry and the profession of in-house counsel.
Dajana holds an LL.M. degree in Information Law and an LL.B. degree in Business Law.
In her free time she loves staying at the ocean with her family.
